The city of Toronto is filled with a vast amount of different cultures, it is almost to the point where the city can be compared to a “miniature world” because of its immense diversity. Multiculturalism is conspicuous throughout the city as it has a population of over 2.7 million people. Diversity is consequential to the city as it unifies the different cultures, ultimately leading to a more comprehensible environment. A simple stroll through the city would allow for a world of sightseeing as there are many restaurants, shops, etc belonging to many different origin countries. In this article, we will be focusing on Japanese sushi cuisines such as Yasu, Yumei Sushi Japanese Restaurant, and Yuzu No Hana.

This sushi bar prioritizes the customer satisfaction over everything else. Although the dishes are on the expensive side, Yasu maintains attention to detail , quality, and freshness to every dish which makes the dishes worth every dime. Prior reservations must be made. The only dishes they serve as a main course and specialize in is sushi. They use seasonal seafood ingredients from around the world. New daily menus are made everyday based on their current supply of ingredients.

Yumei exactly typifies the old-school, iron hand Chef that has his eyes invested in quality. Although the price is on the higher end, after tasting the sushi, you won’t regret spending a single nickel. Yumei Sushi has 14 signature maki’s that comes in 8 maki’s per order. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals can all be ordered during any time of the day.

This sushi cuisine is the most expensive of the three restaurants shown. With every bite of sushi, a burst of succulent flavours flood your mouth. The expensive price tags is reflected off of the divine flavours and close attention to detail. This resturaunt has their own signature roll called the “Yuzu Roll” which consists of tempura shrimp, avocado, cucumber, tamago, shiitake, kanpyo, salmon, unagi, yam, and crab meat. There are three servings throughout the day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each having their own dishes that are appropriate for each meal of the day.

I really liked how you talked about more then one restaurant, and what each restaurant specialized in and what their price tags were. I don’t eat very much seafood or sushi, but this really made me want to try food from Yuzu No Hana and see what all the hype is about and why their food has a high price.
